SARA Davies has shared that she gave pal Janette Manrara some tough love when she saw her struggling with mum guilt.
The Dragon's Den star saw that her friend was having a hard time leaving her new baby behind at home to work on Strictly spin off show It Takes Two.
She knows what it's like to be a working mum herself, after managing to be a successful businesswoman with two kids, and decided to give Janette some advice.
Sara told the Express: "Janette started doing a couple of days back at work for It Takes Two and Morning Live and from one working mam to another, I was watching her Instagram Story and I could see she was really struggling.
"It’s the excitement of the first morning of being away from home and being away from the baby and you get the feeling that you've got your life back a little bit, a bit of the old you.
"Then a few hours later it will creep in, the guilt of not being there and spreading yourself too thin trying to be in two places at once.

"So, I gave her a right good telling about there's no place for mum guilt. It's brilliant that she's going to be a working mam and she’s going to be a fantastic mother and have a wonderful career."
TV host and pro dancer Janette gave birth to her baby girl Lyra Rose at the end of July.
She received some backlash for returning to work after a short maternity leave, but Sara Davies emphasized how important it is to show the world you can be a mum and have a career at the same time.
The entrepreneur added: "You see loads of modern families these days, it’s not just about the woman being home 24/7.

"They split the parental duties and [Janette has] got to really lean into that and embrace it. The baby is being so well looked after, whether it’s by the mam or the dad, so just go and enjoy doing some work and being the old Janette.
