Georgia Toffolo and Andy Whyment are the latest celebrities to be eliminated from the I’m A Celebrity… South Africa jungle after failing to win a head-to-head challenge.
The duo were booted out of the ITV show when they lost the Gold Rush challenge which saw them go head-to-head with fellow contestants Jordan Banjo and Myleene Klass.
As part of the challenge, the four celebrities were trapped in four separate mine shafts and covered in sticky molasses where they had to dig for golden nuggets before placing them on a pair of scales.
The first team to get the scales fully tip in the opposite direction were crowned winners and were able to return back to camp with a special picnic for their camp.
Sadly, the Made In Chelsea star and soap legend were too slow compared to Jordan and Myleene, therefore losing their spot on the show.
The challenge comes after the camp’s pride leaders Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney were tasked with picking two members from each of their prides to go head-to-head in a “straight race” for survival – hence leaving the four contestants fighting to stay in the jungle.
Having previously been crowned Queen of the Jungle, 28 year old Georgia recently spoke to OK! about re-entering the jungle and giving things another go, explaining that she was “happy” during her time in South Africa having already pre-recorded the show.
“I was happy on the whole but I will let you into a bit of a secret here – I have terrible jaw pain because I grind my teeth from stress,” she admitted.
However, Toff added that she was sure to remedy the issue to ensure that her time in the jungle was free from pain so that she could relax.
“I had Botox in my jaw and, oh my God, the pain was gone after two weeks. I cannot recommend it enough, it’s the best thing.”
During the conversation, the TV personality added that having already done the jungle once made things a lot easier the second time round.
“I will do anything now. I mean what could be worse than the things I did first time around?,” she said.
“Obviously, I was happy and pretty strong so I didn’t struggle with many challenges. The one that I found so frustrating was where I had to lift huge barrels of gunk. I really didn’t have the energy – I was so skinny then – and I was annoyed because I didn’t do very well in it.”
