I'M A Celebrity star Joe Swash has landed a surprising new TV job with his Towie best best pal.
The 41-year-old is taking to the lakes today with reality’s Ricky Rayment, 32, as they film a pilot for a fishing show.
Both the stars are keen fishermen and have made no secret of their passion to sit lakeside and reel in a catch.
Ricky, who starred on Towie and Geordie Shore, has swapped telly for trout and whiles away many of his hours on his lakes, or building on his fishing business, named Filthy Hooker.
Meanwhile, Stacey Solomon’s husband Joe has become a keen fisherman in recent years, helped and spurred on by close friend Ricky.
Now they’ve joined forces to create a TV pilot for a show, with the pair getting stuck into filming today.

Ricky said: “It’s just a trailer like a pilot and it’s with Joe Swash who is my good pal, and also two of his best pals. They were best men at his wedding so they’ll be involved in this too. We’re doing a trailer and it’s all about fishing. It’ll be a fishing based show.
“Joe and I are good friends. I went to his stag do and his wedding and it was unbelievable. We had such a good time.
“He got into fishing recently and so I’ve been teaching him the ropes and all of that kind of stuff. We’ve been going to my lakes and he fishes with us all the time.”
Ricky also said he’d met Joe and Stacey’s adorable brood, adding: “I’ve met all the kids. Honestly they’re such lovely little kids they’re great, they’re unbelievable. What a great little family.”

Towie star Ricky has said goodbye to his reality star ways for a life with “less drama.”
Now, if he’s not spending time on the lakes, he enjoys working out and maintaining a positive and healthy lifestyle.
And the single star doesn’t miss his TV ways, and says he lives a “drama free life” now.”
Ricky shared: “Without Towie, I never have arguments or disagreements. It’s one of those where you sometimes miss it but really I do look back on it and think I’m glad I’m not back on there.
“I didn’t like being involved in all of the arguments and disagreements because I’m a relaxed guy, I like going out and going fishing, I don’t want to be involved in all the conflict.”
Ricky continued to add that he’s lost contact with all of his reality star pals.
