The Chase viewers were left utterly stunned after a 59-year-old contestant offered up a nude calendar of herself to host Bradley Walsh.
Estelle, a Civil Servant from County Durham, introduced herself to fans at home as a tax collector, which prompted an immediate reaction of disdain from Brad. “Should I see myself out now?” she asked, before Brad finished up his chat and attempted to move onto the cash builder round.
But before he could challenge her general knowledge, she informed him that she had brought him a special gift. “what have you brought me? A tax form? A self-assessment form?” he asked.

“I’ve brought you a nude calendar, and I’m in December,” she gushed, as both Brad and fellow contestants appeared stunned. “I’m wearing just a santa hat,” she added. “Well thank you,” Bradley stumbled, “I’ll I’ll I’ll….that’ll be interesting.” Fans at home were equally shocked and took to Twitter to react.
“ #thechase she did say nude calendar didn't she!!!” asked one fan. “A nude calendar I’m sure he’ll be thrilled seeing that #TheChase,” joked a second.
A third added: “I’m sure Brad really wanted a nude calendar!” and “Well, I've exhausted Google searching for a photo of Estelle in a Santa hat in December.” Unfortunately Estelle was no match for chaser Paul 'The Sinnerman' Sinha, who sent her packing as she was swiftly booted off the show.
It's not the first time he's received a flirtatious gift. He was left red-faced on a Valentine’s Day special of The Chase after a chocolatier brought the host a flirty gift to celebrate the romantic holiday.
As chocolatier Chris, 61, took to the stage for her cash builder round, the Horwich native began teasing Brad with details of her delightful occupation as a chocolate maker, explaining that she makes delicious treats from home.
Impressed by her profession, Chris replied by telling the host that she’d made some special chocolates and brought them to the set for him to enjoy.
“I did bring some for you to get a taste of,” gushed Chris, as a flattered Bradley replied: “Did you just say you brought some in just for me?”
“I did,” said Chris, shooting blushing Bradley a massive smile.
“See that’s what you call a proper contestant, replied Brad, before joking: “You’re through congratulations!”
The Chase airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 5pm
