A Place in the Sun fans support Jasmine Harmanafter suffering sad news

She told S Magazine UK: "I think my lowest budget ever was £19,500. That was in Granada, Spain.

"Our buyer was a lovely lady called Tina who worked as a refuse collector and never thought she'd be able to buy a property.

"She used her life savings and I think the house she bought cost £14,500 in 2015. It's just amazing to think about that even being possible."

When it comes to the most expensive home she has seen, she remembered a property located in Los Angeles which came with a rather unusual feature.

Speaking to the Express, the presenter said: "I showcased a luxury California property which was $17 million!

"It had a complete replica of the high street of the owner's home town in the basement."

This comes after the host celebrated a career milestone with a rare throwback photo from her first ever episode 19 years ago.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "Today marks 19 years since my first day shooting on A Place in the Sun, Channel 4.

"I literally can’t believe it has gone so quickly and I still love my job, 410 episodes later! That’s 1540 house tours to be exact!

"It seems amazing to think 40 years ago I watched the first broadcast on @channel4 and now I’ve been part of the 4-family for almost half of its existence!!!

"Today we had an amazing result for our Househunters which was a perfect way to celebrate my 19 years! It’s such a buzz, and when people approach me and say “we moved here because of you” it shows how many people have been inspired to make their dreams come true.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support over the years – long may it continue!"
