KATIE Price’s fiance Carl Woods risks a £1,000 fine after driving an untaxed car into her Mucky Mansion’s “second hand car lot.”
Carl, 32, was spotted behind the wheel of an untaxed vehicle just days after it emerged that the council are investigating whether the star is using Katie’s Mucky Mansion as a second hand car lot.
The 32-year-old was spotted with a cap on while driving along in the blue vehicle and giving a thumbs up.
Records show that the tax on the car has been overdue since September 15, which incurs a fine if you’re the registered keeper.
Officials at the local council first launched an investigation into the 'alleged running of a second-hand car business' last year but the case was closed in March.
But now a second enforcement case has been opened and it’s ‘pending consideration’ with a decision due in December.

The car salesman, who made a brief appearance on ITV's Love Island back in 2016, often posts snaps of his fleet on Instagram.
Perhaps the most lust-worthy gem in his treasure trove is a black Lamborghini Huracan, which he calls his "Batmobile".
