Love Island fans were left confused during Monday's opening episode of the 2023 series over Jess Harding's sparkly turquoise bikini.
The aesthetics practitioner, 22, from London, is on the hunt for romance after being single for almost two years.
However, viewers were left distracted during the episode as they spotted that Jess was wearing her bikini top upside down as they questioned whether she was having a wardrobe malfunction.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Does Jess know her bikini top is on upside down #loveisland."
A different account put: "Jess got her bikini top upsidedown #loveisland."
Another follower joked: "Please can we make the upside down bikini tops stop?? #LoveIsland."
A different viewer put: "I’ve never understood the upside down bikini thing like I think it looks so obvious #loveisland."
However, despite it looking like a wardrobe malfunction, wearing bikini tops upside down is actually a new trend for swimwear with several social media influencers and celebrities opting for the look.
