The blonde beauty shared some snaps on Instagram and urged her fellow new mum followers to embrace their bodies this summer.

She wrote: "Retraining your entire brain to love your PP body was NOT in the pamphlet.

"But we move. Lots of you message me saying you've had a baby and you're too scared to wear a bikini this year….but if I can, you can!! Do it and be proud of your body! It did an amazing thing! ❤️❤️."

It comes after Amy confessed she’s kicked her boyfriend Sam out of the bedroom after they welcomed little Stanley.

Amy said that she and baby boy Stanley sleep together in the main bedroom while Sam gets his head down in the nursery.
