Although Kem, his co-host Arielle Free and a guest usually speak about the antics that unfolded in the previous episode, Rosie had a question for the former islander who won the show with Amber Davies.
She told the podcast host she was confused why islanders can't share a bed with the person they fancy and questioned if you can only sleep next to the person you're in a couple with.
Responding, show champ Kem said: "Basically, that's the whole point. When you get coupled up with someone you have to live and breathe being a couple."
He continued: "You do the challenges together, you stay in the same bed. You have to live in that couple. You've got your bed but if you choose to you can always sleep outside in the garden or in the 'dog house'.
"We see Luca sleeping in a bed but Gemma chose that she's going to stay in the double bed with Davide instead."
"That's why I was quite shocked when she done it because I know that anyone can decide not to sleep there but she's obviously not too bothered about it and has left him outside on his own."
However, Rosie then highlighted that viewers saw two islanders Indiyah and Dami in bed together despite not being a couple.
Realising this, Kem said: "That's an interesting one, I feel like Love Island has let something slip a little bit there because usually, they have to stay in their own bed."
Dami was originally in a couple with Amber who got dumped from the villa this week alongside Ikenna, who was coupled up with Indiyah.
Since Amber and Ikenna both left the show, viewers have got to see Dami get closer to Indiyah as the couple have shared a few steamy kisses.
