Marshall chokes in harrowing booze plot in Emmerdale | The Sun

MARSHALL Hamston is going through a crisis on our screens since he first arrived in the Dales in January, 2023.

The Emmerdale teen is found unconscious in scenes airing next week after a horror alcohol plot.

Max Fletcher's ITV alter ego has tried hard to find himself amid a harrowing abuse storyline during which Laurel Thomas (played by Charlotte Bellamy) threw him a lifeline.

Since then, Marshall has been staying with Laurel and her partner Jai Sharma but the teen is still struggling, particularly with his sexuality.

Viewers of the Yorkshire-based drama will remember that Marshall reluctantly experimented with Cathy Hope (Gabrielle Dowling) but their friendship takes a nasty turn.

Next week, Marshall catches Cathy with some bottles of vodka she has taken from the Grange.

The troubled teens head off, intent on numbing their pain and they head to the Cricket Pavilion, where they share their troubles.

On the road to self-destruction, they both take alternative swigs from the vodka bottle.

As the effects of the vodka take hold, Cathy’s green in the face but Marshall has no intention of stopping.

Meanwhile, Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw), Laurel and Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop) start to look for the kids, worried about what they’re doing.
