Mrs Brown's Boys creator Brendan O'Carroll confirms future of show after fans demand it's AXED by BBC | The Sun

MRS Brown's Boys star Brandon O'Carroll revealed he has no plans to cancel the show even though fans demand it.

The Irish comedian confirmed he will not stop making Christmas specials for the BBC comedy show.

He said: “As long as the BBC want me to do Christmas episodes, I’ll keep doing them.”

However, viewers have begged the BBC to "cancel" Mrs Brown's Boys after watching the New Year's Day episode.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: "Literally the worst show ever – cancel it."

Another wrote: "Sooner catch Happy New Year's Omicron than watch Mrs Brown's Boys!"

Meanwhile, Brendan has revealed he is releasing his first autobiography charting his time on Mrs Brown’s Boys and beyond which will be released in October.

The official Instagram account wrote: "Delighted to announce that Mrs. Brown’s Boys writer & creator Brendan O’Carroll has just finished his autobiography ”They call me Mrs. Brown” available for pre order in all major book stores."

The cast of Mrs Brown's Boys toured the UK this summer performing a musical called Mrs Brown's Boys D'Live Show.

During their last show, they posted: "As we take the stage now in Edinburgh for the last show of Mrs. Brown’s Boys D’Live Show on this leg.

"We just want to say we are beyond grateful to everybody who waited the 2 years to come out and see us, thank you so much to all the crews in all the arenas we couldn’t do this without you.

"Enjoy the rest of your summer stay safe and see you in Belfast November."
