I’m A Celeb: Nigel Farage struggles with trial in episode preview
Nigel Farage’s girlfriend Laure Ferrari has stated the former MP would “make a good Prime Minister” as she is set to make her first live TV appearance tonight. In a GB News interview with Patrick Christys set to air on Friday, Laure will open up on life with the former UKIP leader.
She will also address the claims that she is Nigel’s “secret girlfriend”. She told Patrick in a preview of the interview: “It’s been really awful, you know, nonsensical articles about me being a secret girlfriend – I’m not secret, I’m here, I’m here!”
Mocking the claims, she added: “So I worked for Nigel Farage and he appointed me, to these, you know, well-paid… I didn’t, never did that, I never worked for him.”
When asked if he would run to be Prime Minster, she replied: “I’m not saying he is going to do it, but he would be a good Prime Minister, I would say that, and I think he would do a good job at it.”

The interview will be broadcast during Friday’s Patrick Christys Tonight show on GB News. Earlier on in this series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Nigel was asked if he had any future plans to run for Prime Minster.
EastEnders star Danielle Harold asked if he’d ever consider it, to which the 59-year-old replied: “Oh, I don’t know, we will see. Depends how much mess the country gets in.”
He started to laugh and added: “I honestly don’t know – it’s not an easy job.

Cutting to a clip from the Bush Telegraph, Nigel told the cameras: “As for little me, there is a lot of speculation that after they lose the next election, ‘Oh maybe Nigel becomes the leader of the Tory Party one day.’
“So there is a lot of chatter about it, whether it is going to happen, I have no idea. The important thing though is to say this – never say never!”
Nigel remains in the jungle and recently pulled out of one of the trials he was taking part in, stating the infamous words: “I’m a celebrity, get me out of here”.
Patrick Christys Tonight airs weekdays on GB News from 9pm.
