PHILLIP Schofield's return to TV has been revealed following his shock exit from This Morning.
The 61-year-old was last week sensationally dropped from This Morning after 21 years but fans won't have to wait long until he's back on screens.
But Phil will host the upcoming British Soap Awards which is set to air on ITV on June 6th.
The bash will be filmed three days earlier on June 3rd.
Phil confirmed he would still host the show in his shock statement last weekend following reports of his fall-out with former co-host Holly Willoughby.
He said: "I have always been proud to cover fascinating stories on This Morning.

"But recently, This Morning itself has become the story. Throughout my career in TV – including the very difficult last few days – I have always done my best to be honourable and kind.
"I understand that ITV has decided the current situation can’t go on, and I want to do what I can to protect the show that I love.
Phil added: "So I have agreed to step down from This Morning with immediate effect, in the hope that the show can move forward to a bright future.
"I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me – and I’ll see you all for the Soap Awards next month."

And his return to screens will clash with Holly's own This Morning comeback.
Following Phil's news it was revealed she would be taking some time off and will be back hosting the show on June 5th.
This week has seen Alison Hammond and Craig Doyle step in as last minute hosts.
