Piers Morgan and Douglas Murray on pro-Palestinian protests
Piers Morgan was challenged during TalkTV’s latest broadcast as he argued that not all protestors marching for Palestine were in support of the militant group Hamas.
His guest Douglas Murray claimed the majority of protestors were chanting “from the river to the sea”, which is commonly regarded as antisemetic hate speech.
Murray, an author and political commentator, argued that anyone chanting the slogan was doing so in support of Hamas, who launched attacks on Israel on October 7.
“But they’re not all doing that,” Morgan retorted on Wednesday night’s edition of Uncensored.
His guest called the marchers “criminally ignorant”, claiming “there are masses of videos of them marching past Westminster Abbey saying exactly that.

Thousands of people have gathered in London over the past weeks in support of Palestinian liberation amid the Israel-Hamas war.
Prime Minister Rishi Sunack this week described a planned march on Armistice Day, November 11, as “disrespectful”, but accepted it will go ahead.
Morgan tried to talk over his guest’s arguments before a challenge from Murray left him all but speechless.

“Here’s a challenge, Piers,” Murray began. “If you decide to go on some sort of march and, in week one, you discovered that you had the BNP on your side calling, for instance, for the murder of all Black people.
“Would you not wonder whether or not you should go on week two? And would you not drop out about week three?
“I’d have thought so, I would,” he concluded, leaving Morgan rather stunned.
The Uncensored host was speechless for a moment before replying, “That’s a good question.

“Er, and yes, I would. But that shouldn’t actually…”
Murray interrupted: “Good, right, so we can tell something about the marches.”
Morgan responded by claiming he doesn’t have “absolute opinions” on the matter but argued that protestors have the right to march for Palestine in a democratic country like the UK.
Piers Morgan Uncensored airs weekdays at 8pm on TalkTV.
