PREGNANT star Gemma Atkinson has hit back at ‘aggressive’ mum-shamers after they told her to ‘get a grip.’
Gemma, 38, is expecting her second child with Strictly Come Dancing fiancé Gorka Marquez.
She’d asked her legion of fans for tips, ahead of giving birth to baby number two, and then shared her thanks on social media, while listing the best advice she’d been given.
But Gemma made sure to call out the cruel trolls who hadn’t been kind in the process.
She wrote: “Thanks for all your tips and stories! On my grid, love reading them.
“Seems majority of advice is: 1. Don’t put pressure on things to be perfect. 2. Routine is key! 3. A sling is a must. 4. Accept help and enjoy the ride!”

“I’m mentally trying to prepare myself for this level of exhaustion again but around an actual school run for Mia while Gorka will be away filming Strictly. S*** getting real!
“Any tips on the jump from 1 to 2 as well as the first starting school greatly appreciated.”
Gemma recently opened up about her concerns for both of her children on an Instagram post.
The Strictly finalist shared a post that showed a young girl kickboxing with a trainer that had the caption: "I want my daughter to be kind. But I also want her to know that she can throat punch someone if she needs to."
She also shared two accompanying snaps of her impressive workouts with the caption: "If not, mum will do it for you".
The star continued: "On a serious note it genuinely is one of my fears for both Mia and little man. So many stories of bullying & gangs & violence.
"Kindness first, but self-defence when needed will be drilled into them and Mia will be starting her classes from age 5.
"Nothing better than martial arts to teach respect, focus & discipline. @dazthaiboxer Get ready for my little lady to come and kick you."
