Netflix’s smash-hit reality series follows the glamorous real estate agents of the Oppenheim Group, who take viewers into some of the world’s most luxurious homes. Selling Sunset has now been confirmed for seasons six and seven, along with a brand new slate of additional property shows for subscribers to get stuck into.

Fans were thrilled to learn Selling Sunset would be returning for seasons six and seven in the near future.

Production on the next outing will start later this summer, just a few months after season five dropped in May this year.

The series follows the likes of Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald, who are all expected to return.

However, their colleague Maya Vander confirmed she won’t be returning to the show after suffering a miscarriage just six months after her stillbirth and relocating to Florida.

Before the flagship property series returns, fans will also get the chance to check out the Oppenheimers’ second office in Selling the OC, which comes to Netflix this August.

Streamers have taken to social media to share their ecstatic reactions to Selling Sunset’s double renewal.

“Netflix providing the serotonin I need,” Lewis John Yule tweeted.

“Praise Jesus lord himself,” Joe Baynton said while @areuboredyetpod exclaimed: “Hallelujah!”

However, other fans were keeping their fingers crossed for a mark-up in quality this time around.

Others were also divided on whether Christine should feature in the series after her feud with her fellow agents in season five reached its boiling point.

“I didn’t even bother with the last season. It’s gone vvvvv boring,” @arneldo said. “Just give us the Christine spin-off we deserve.”

But @2022loveisland argued: “A new storyline is needed. Am tired of the Christine feud filling the whole season.”

More fans are also keeping their eyes open for a second season of spin-off Selling Tampa, which has yet to be confirmed.

In addition to two more outings for the Oppenheim Group, Netflix will also play host to four brand new property-based shows over the coming years.

Brent Montgomery’s Wheelhouse will be producing two new series, Designing Miami and Buying Beverly Hills.

Plus, Instant Dream Home and Buy My House will be handled by Critical Content.

Designing Miami will follow two competitive designers who happen to be husband and wife while Buying Beverly Hills will take a close look at Mauricio Umansky’s The Agency.

Instant Dream House is described as part renovation show, part heist movie, and Buy My House follows US homeowners who try to sell their properties on the spot to real-estate tycoons.

Selling Sunset seasons 1-5 are available to stream on Netflix.
