Selling Sunset: Mary and Romain open up on freezing embryos
Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald broke down in tears as she detailed her devastating miscarriage story in a heartbreaking video uploaded to Instagram. The reality TV icon spoke through the tears as she opened up about the “rough” ordeal after her honeymoon with husband Romain Bonnet.
Selling Sunset’s Mary Fitzgerald sobbed as she bravely spoke of her pregnancy that “didn’t work out”.
The reality TV star detailed her “rough” experience as her co-stars raced to comfort her after the heartbreaking admission.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Mary revealed that she suffered a septic miscarriage.
The particular complication comes after an infection develops in the uterus.
Trying to hold back the tears in her new video, Mary says: “We were in Bali, we got pregnant and unfortunately that didn’t work out.
“The reason why I’m speaking out now is because I do realise how common this is and how many people go through this, and it is not easy.
“I needed a minute because there are so many eyes on me and everyone judges and everything.
“It has been rough to say the least. But there’s still hope.”

She continued: “I’m gonna continue to share [my journey] because we’re going to keep trying, and I’m going to leave it at that.
“I’m gonna continue to share it, and we’re going to have very good news very soon.
“If any of you guys are also going through it, please know you’re not alone and we’re gonna get there.”
Mary’s husband Romain was amongst those in the post’s comment section, writing: “It’s just the beginning of our journey my princess.”

Mary’s message was echoed in her post’s caption as she wrote: “It’s not always sunshine and butterflies, and that is ok.
“We won’t be giving up… and if this message speaks to you in any way or you are feeling down, helpless, alone… please know we are in this together. Hang in there…”.
Selling Sunset co-star Maya Vander was amongst the first to respond to the clip, saying: “Sending love!! sorry you had to experience it.”
Fellow star Amanza Smith added: “Most beautiful human inside and out.
“Love you both so much and will continue to hold you up through all your pain. Yes you will have good news very soon.”
While real estate agency owner Brett Oppenheim commented: “We will always be here to support you and Romain, through anything. Love you.”
Show star Chrishell Stause concluded: “You are so loved and supported.”
