LEGENDARY Strictly judge Shirley Ballas has revealed she is "mortified" that Matt Goss is still in the competition, following Sunday's dance-off.

Speaking on BBC’s The One Show, the Strictly icon said: “I just felt on the evening both couples made mistakes, but the quality of Kaye was far superior. I was absolutely mortified that she left, to be quite honest.”

Shirley added: “I love my fellow judges and we’re all there to do a job but, in my opinion, that was one they didn’t quite get right.”

Matt went head-to-head with Kaye in Sunday's dance-off, ultimately coming out on top.

While Kaye took her elimination from the show well, Matt looked fuming to be in the bottom two. One fan said: "Matt Goss looked murderously furious to be in the dance-off; I’m terrified of him."

    Fans took to Twitter this week to react to Sunday's dance off.

    Matt went head to head with Kaye, and ultimately came out on top.

    But despite his victory, fans noticed that Matt looked less than pleased to be in the bottom two.

    One fan wrote on Twitter at the time: "Matt Goss looked murderously furious to be in the dance off; I’m terrified of him."

    Another added: "Matt looks fuming – his facial expressions."

    A third mused: "Fully expect Matt Goss to have an emergency illness, so he can drop out without losing face."

    Shirley Ballas says the menopause ‘was the darkest time of my life’

    Strictly judge Shirley Ballas recently opened up about her “very difficult” menopause, as she takes part in a new campaign for women.

    She is fronting the new QVC for World Menopause Month campaign and spoke openly about how hard menopause was for her.

    “To be honest, I never thought about menopause. It just throws you out of sync. But it’s not just a list of symptoms… I just didn’t have any support,” Shirley explained in a new clip.

    The head judge, 62, also spoke of her surprise after her son noticed she was struggling, and encouraged her to talk to him about how she was feeling.

    By sharing her experience, Shirley hopes to help others who are also struggling with the menopause, and help them find ways to cope.

    Shirley Ballas believes Strictly made the wrong decision last week, as Matt Goss overcame Kaye Adams to stay on the show.

    ‘Strictly curse’ strikes again as dancer Nikita Kuzmin splits from long-term partner

    The infamous "Strictly curse" may have reared its ugly head once again, as Nikita Kuzmin announces his split from his long-time partner Nicole Wirt.

    Friends of the couple have said the dancer moved her belongings out of his London flat following their break up.

    A source said: “Nikita wanted to totally focus on this series of Strictly and decided a while back he wanted to end his relationship with Nicole.

    “They had been together for five years and it ended up being a mutual decision.

    "Nicole is mainly based in Germany and she is getting busier with work.

    “Nikita is totally caught up in Strictly so they decided it was for the best for them to break up.

    “Nicole used to stay in London to visit Nikita but it was becoming more difficult with their schedules.

    "Nikita only wants the best for Nicole and she feels the same about him.

    “For now he wants to put all of his focus on Ellie and their journey on Strictly.”

    Judges brand Hamza a ‘genius’ following stunning displays

    Craig, who is usually known for his harsh ratings, has been blown away by Hamza on this year’s series of Strictly.

    The Countryfile host has been so impressive, the long-time judge thinks he may have previous dance training.

    Craig told Best magazine: “Hamza is blowing me away. Either he’s had dance experience or he’s just … a genius!

    “He’s doing proper heel leads, and now he’s shown he can do Latin, too. Some people do surprise you.

    “His dancing isn’t flashy, it’s just technically brilliant. Just WOW!”

    The Strictly spin-off It Takes Two returned last night, and fans all had the same question about its set.

    One fan said: " Why do they keep moving the furniture on #Strictly #ItTakesTwo."

    Another wrote: " Why do the chairs keep changing on the show?"

    "Please explain the sofa/chairs settings – Jeanette colour matched now she's contrast coloured. My brain can't keep up," another viewer complained.

    A fourth tweeted: " This is so bizarre, what's happening with the seating tonight?"

    Strictly couple ‘so cute’ as they share sweet moment on TV

    The new Strictly pro Carlos Gu and singer Molly Rainford show cased their strong bond talking on It Takes Two.

    Host Janette Manrara branded the pair “so cute” as Carlos said he was “really really proud” of Molly, and the two held hands.

    He said: “After seeing her doing a dance like that… wow I was really really proud of you.”

    Molly replied, “I have the best teacher I think!”

    They discussed their next dance, the Walts to One Hand One Heart, from West Side Story.

      Matt Goss brought his pooch, Reggie, for a walk with Nadiya Bychkova and her partner, Kai Widdrington.

      The singer and two Strictly Come Dancing partners wrapped up warm on Wednesday as they took a stroll in London before practice.

      French Bulldog Reggie, is Matt’s adorable dog, who he spent an eye watering £20,000 to fly from LA to London, the Daily Mail reported.

      Kai is no longer starring on the show, after being voted off with dance partner Kaye Adams on Sunday.

      Fans have hit back at judges, after the second week of the dance competition, after noticing this one behavioural issue.

      Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke returned this year to critique the celebs’ dancing style.

      Some think judges are dishing out too high scores early on in the competition, and need to reign it in a bit.

      Anton Du Beke says being voted off Strictly was ‘the worst thing in the world’

      Strictly judge Anton Du Beke has revealed how it felt being a Strictly Come Dancing pro and being voted off the competition.

      For the second year running, he has replaced Bruno Tonioli on the judging panel.

      But he has to make a swift recovery before this Saturday night’s show with partner Dianne Buswell.

      Kai continued: “There’s something about getting support from your hometown that feels really, really amazing.
