STRICTLY’S Helen Skelton cringed over dance clips of her live studio performance last week.
While being interviewed by host Rylan Clark, Helen and partner Gorka Márquez viewed the recording, with Helen feeling embarrassed and she admitted that: "It didn't come naturally to me, it's still haunting me."
Meanwhile, EastEnders celeb James Bye has dismissed concerns over the “Strictly” curse.
The Strictly curse refers to off-screen romances that can be affected by the intensity of the show’s heavy schedules, but James said his marriage to wife Victoria will not be impacted.
Speaking to the Mirror, James said: "It's not really come up for us. It's one of those things attached to the show but being a part of it, I genuinely don't see any of that."

Tony tipped for top
Tony Adams is the dark horse of the competition, according to his former Arsenal teammate David Seaman.
The legendary England star, 55, is partnered up with Katya Jones this series, but found himself at the bottom of the leaderboard after the first two performances.
Despite the low scores, former teammate David, 59, has thrown his support behind his pal and is convinced his dancing journey is not over yet.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, David said Tony could be the contests's dark horse – because he's always improving.
He said: "Tony is doing very well, I know Tony and he's well out of his comfort zone.
"Even after the first performance I text him and said I bet that's the worst you've ever felt for nerves in your life, and he said exactly.
"I felt exactly the same when I did Dancing on Ice – it's the most nerve-wracking thing I've ever done.

Last tango in Keighley
Exclusive by Stephen Moyes
A STRICTLY-loving couple have been banned from doing the tango in their home because it makes too much noise.
Lucian Curpan, 43, and fiancée Georgina Warrenberg, 53, loved to practise their fancy footwork on the wooden floors of their Victorian terrace.
But their neighbours were less enthusiastic and complained to the council about the noise.
It meant the pair, avid fans of the BBC dance show, had to appear before magistrates who fined them both and demanded the seizure of their £30 Bluetooth speaker.
Devastated Georgina, 53, said: "We love to dance the tango and flamenco. It's our passion and our release. It's who we are.
"But the neighbour took a dislike to the noise of tapping on the floor and the music and began complaining to the council.
"They suggested mediation but she refused. Instead, she just kept complaining about the noise we were making. We have now been taken to court and have been stopped from doing what we love. I can dance in trainers but it just isn't the same.
"I've taken to dancing around Asda now.
"I put my headphones on and dance around with the trolley just to get it out of my system."

Strictly: Feud rumours between Matt and Nadiya
Viewers may have read too much into a scene that saw Matt Goss take his partner Nadiya Bychkova’s arm and drag her into shot after dancing on the live show.
But Goss denied the rumours he doesn’t get on with Nadiya, telling the Metro: “First of all, I couldn’t enjoy my partner’s company more actually. She is just such a cool person. It’s all a load of b*****ks.
“And to be quite honest with you, if she’s my partner, and I’m told to stand there, as a gentleman I will always make sure that she’s beside me – I’m not going to let stand behind some dark disco ball.
“I’m going to pull her in so she’s with me like every other couple but it is a load of b*****ks and, as a gentleman, I’m going to make sure she’s next to me.”

Strictly judge Shirley Ballas recently opened up about her “very difficult” menopause, as she takes part in a new campaign for women.
She is fronting the new QVC for World Menopause Month campaign and spoke openly about how hard menopause was for her.
“To be honest, I never thought about menopause. It just throws you out of sync. But it’s not just a list of symptoms… I just didn’t have any support,” Shirley explained in a new clip.
The head judge, 62, also spoke of her surprise after her son noticed she was struggling, and encouraged her to talk to him about how she was feeling.
By sharing her experience, Shirley hopes to help others who are also struggling with the menopause, and help them find ways to cope.
