Strictly Come Dancing pro Giovanni Pernice has danced his way into audience's hearts on the popular BBC programme – and has amassed an eye-watering net worth in the process.
The Sicily-born star trained as a dancer from a young age and competed in youth and adult competitions between 2007 to 2014, during which time he won the Italian Open Championship in 2012.
From there it was onwards and upwards for the star, with Giovanni making his Strictly Come Dancing debut in 2015.

More than seven years after his first Strictly success, Giovanni is now estimated to be worth £726,000 ($1m) according to Net Worth and Salary.
Here, Daily Star takes a closer look at Giovanni's impressive net worth.
Strictly success
Giovanni's first Strictly celebrity partner was Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote, with the pair dancing their way to the final.
However, they just missed out on lifting the glitterball trophy, after Kevin Clifton and Kellie Bright took the title.
Since then, Giovanni has become a fan favourite on the programme, being partnered with stars including Ru Paul's Drag Race star Michelle Visage, TV presenter Laura Whitmore and radio presenter Debbie McGee.
Six years after his Strictly debut though, he and EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis made Strictly history after their Romeo and Juliet dance routine featured 10 seconds of silence, to highlight what daily life is like for Rose and other deaf people.
It was widely praised by audiences and judges, with Anton Du Beke saying it was one of the best performances in the show's history – with the pair winning the BAFTA TV Award Must See Moment Of The Year 2022.
Depending on how long the professional dancers have appeared on the show, it has been reported that they can earn anything between £30,000 – £50,000 per series, but this has never been confirmed by the BBC.
With Giovanni appearing on the programme for seven years, it seems likely that he could now earn the higher end of the pay bracket, contributing to his massive net worth.
Strictly tour
Some of the stars have also increased their earnings outside of the show, including Gorka Marquez, who earned £35,000 for his participation in the Strictly tour, according to The Mirror.
Giovanni may have also earned a similar amount, after he took part in the 2016 Strictly tour with Georgia May Foote, as well as the 2018, 2019 and 2022 live tours.
Away from Strictly, Giovanni would also have contributed to his net worth by performing with Anton Du Beke in 2021, on the Him and Me tour, as well as completing his own tours including Dance Is Life and This Is Me – although it is not known how much he earned from these tours.
Earlier this year, Giovanni also announced that he would be touring the UK with his own solo performances, under the banner of Made In Italy, which will undoubtedly continue to contribute to his overall net worth.
Side projects
Away from his dancing career, it is also reported that the hunky star earns a wage from his work as a model.
He has also been known to promote products on his social media channels, and according to a survey by company Bed Kingdom, it reported to earn £1,756 per sponsored Instagram post, thanks to his huge following of 441,751 users.
The company analysed Instagram profiles of the professional dancers and marketing calculators to determine how influential the 2021 cast of dancers are on social media.
A spokesperson from Bed Kingdom said: "Each episode of Strictly Come Dancing is viewed by millions suggesting that the professionals can expect to gain even more followers on social media, which increases opportunities for the dancers outside of the Strictly season."
