TEEN Mom Farrah Abraham has shocked her followers after showing her natural appearance in an old snap taken before her multiple plastic surgeries.
The reality star has infamously gone under the knife numerous times to alter her looks.
Farrah took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo from her Teen Mom OG years.
In the snap, the young mom held her daughter, Sophia, now 13, while standing at a podium.
The toddler, wearing an adorable pink outfit with wavy brunette locks, placed her hand on the mic while her mother spoke.
Farrah also sported her previously dark curly hair, a teal shirt, and a royal blue blazer.

She captioned the pic: "The best hype girl God could only give me @sophialabraham."
The photo was a blast from the past as fans were reminded of the 31-year-old's appearance prior to her plastic surgery makeover.
The mom of one underwent a breast augmentation in 2010 before receiving a rhinoplasty and chin implant in 2012.
Farrah then got a second breast augmentation in 2013 to increase her cup size from C to D.

That same year, she also received lip injections.
Then in 2015, the MTV alum underwent a third boob job to correct a previous botched procedure.
She has also admitted to getting Botox and fillers on her face.
Farrah described her body makeover in her book, Dream Twenties: Self-Guided Self-Help Memoir.
She wrote: "Yes, it’s true, I got plastic surgery and with that responsibility and freedom, there is a lot I learned.
And on the one surgery, she regrets: “There will be those insecure times with plastic surgery, where it’s not like the amazing boob job that just changes your world where life is going to stay sunny and pour money all over you, no I’m talking about when I got a chin implant.”
MAJOR TRANSFORMATION
Over the weekend, Farrah showed off a major hairstyle change on social media, debuting her straight blonde locks.
The former brunette beauty also added a few white curls to the front, looking shockingly different.
Farrah has routinely surprised Teen Mom fans with her physical transformation.
At the beginning of June, the TV personality shared a photo from her vacation in Hawaii – where her face "appeared to droop," which fans sadly noted.
An online thread erupted with concern for the star that she was "getting too much surgery" after her island getaway.
One critic said: "Did she have a stroke? Why is the left side of her face drooping? I'm starting to feel sorry for her again.
"I've never seen anyone else this desperate and embarrassing. Poor Sophia."
Another critic added: "She has pushed the surgeries to the limit. It is probably nerve damage causing the drooping."
LIP SERVICE
Later that same month, Farrah candidly filmed herself getting lip injections.
The alum leaned her back against a white hospital bed in Miss Hudson’s Academy office's Instagram story.
