TEMPTING Fortune has come to an end, with one person walking away with more cash than the other contestants.
In the sixth and final episode of the Channel 4 series the prize pot was split, and one person was the ultimate winner.
Who won Tempting Fortune?
Tempting Fortune saw the 12 contestants take on the tough South African wilderness.
Along the way they were tempted with "treats" to make their trip more enjoyable, but this came at a price – and ultimately reduced the £300K prize pot.
In the end, after spending the least amount of money out of the group, ex-pro basketball player James was the winner.
He took home the majority of the winning prize, by being given the highest share of £22,608.

However, fans were left fuming as Dee, who spent the most amount of cash, walked away with £19,608.
Fans were shocked to see there was only a £3K difference between the lowest and highest prize pots – despite stark differences in spending throughout the show.
One viewer fumed: "The ones who abstained from the temptations made as much as the spenders in their money pot! Where's the fairness in that!"
Another commented: "James only got a couple of grand more than Lani in the end. She had a spa, drinks, silent disco, nice dinner and he got….a teabag."

Who was in the cast of Tempting Fortune?
All 12 contestants make it to the final of Tempting Fortune.
Unlike other reality gameshows, the batch of hopefuls don't get whittled down during the course of the show.
Instead, it's all about trying to spend the least amount of money, so you can walk away with the most cash at the end.
The 2023 Tempting Fortune cast were:
- Carolynn, 65, a retired trauma nurse.
- Lani, 33, a graphic designer.
- James, 50, an ex-professional basketball player.
- Charlie, 25, a fish and chip shop worker.
- Ashton, 28, an event singer.
- Trelwey-Precious, 22, an influencer.
- Tahira, 39, a field organiser.
- Dee, 44, an event caterer.
- Michelle, works in sales.
- Dan, 31, a social worker.
- Jack, 22, a content creator.
What is Tempting Fortune about?
Tempting Fortune is hosted by Paddy McGuinness, and inspired by the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
Arriving in South Africa, the 12 contestants are provided with basic equipment and supplies to help them on their tortuous journey.
But along the way there are a series of temptations that the contestants have to resist in order to be able to receive the full £300K prize fund.
