The View host Whoopi Goldberg freaks out as she suffers wardrobe malfunction live on air | The Sun

THE VIEW host Whoopi Goldberg has freaked out on a recent episode after she suffered a wardrobe malfunction.

The actress tried to escape it multiple times during the July 12 episode.

Whoopi suffered numerous wardrobe malfunctions during Tuesday's episode of The View.

About two minutes in, she opened up the show and looked a bit uncomfortable as she slightly leaned to the side.

As a fan shouted out, "We love you Whoopi," the 66-year-old replied with a "thank you."

She continued: "I'm trying to hold my stomach in, so I don't pop my buttons."

Her co-hosts laughed and she went on to introduce the guests.

About two minutes later, during a discussion, the co-host adjusted in her seat and said, "This thing is making me crazy."

Ana Navarro chuckled before giving her input on the subject.

Whoopi's shirt continued to bother her throughout the episode.

She went on to talk about the importance of voting.

"Remember when America made some sort of sense?" the co-host asked.

"We can get back to making a little bit more sense. This country is a little bit off, it feels like. But maybe it's me and this tight-a** shirt," she said around 32 minutes in.

Her co-hosts once again laughed as she took the show to a commercial break.

When the camera panned out, Whoopi can be seen trying to move her arms in tightly and explain to the women her dilemma.

WHOOPS-I DAISY

During the same episode, Whoopi made a major blunder on live TV.

The hosting panel was in the middle of discussing the recent backlash over comments made by Jill Biden when she tried to make a joke.

Everyone was mocking how The First Lady pronounced the word “bodega” in her speech, saying she kept pronouncing it “bogeda.”

To continue on with the mocking, Whoopi tried to make a geographical joke out of it, saying:  “I thought that was a place in Bolivia. Bogeda.”

It backfired, though, as guest co-host, Ana, corrected her to tell her that that one’s Bogotá and is actually in Colombia, not Bolivia.

“Ah,” Whoopi just said, before trying to quickly continue on.

Though, she ended up pausing for a moment to chastise herself over the blunder.

“That’s right, it is Colombia,” she stopped to say, before going on to jokingly wake her brain up, saying: “Hello!”

The actress has been called out for numerous flubs she has made on the show recently.

CLAPPING BACK!

Whoopi is tired of viewers criticizing the show for its fluff stories, so she clapped back during the episode.

The outburst from her came as The View's panelists discussed a recent Reddit story.

In the story, a boyfriend had been scolded by his soon-to-be fiancé for letting his mother pick out her engagement ring.

Ana and Sunny Hostin were joined by guest co-host Ginger Zee, and they enjoyed a lively debate about the meddling mother-in-law.

The discussion came following fan backlash over The View’s recent selection of Hot Topics.

Whoopi then turned to the camera as she told viewers: “The thing is about these stories that we bring you constantly is we don’t have any more information than what we find out.

“But it is fun as hell to talk about this stuff,” she added.

The studio audience cheered in support of Whoopi while the other panelists laughed in agreement.
