This Morning fans were shocked at how different Lucy Spraggan looked 10 years after she found fame on X Factor.
The singer, 31, who soared to fame when she auditioned for series nine of the show back in 2012, was welcomed into the ITV studio to chat to hosts Ruth Langsford and Rylan Clark.
When Rylan, who has known and been friends with Lucy for the past 10 years, said: "You are a completely different woman," the songwriter responded: "I feel it. I saw my mum not so long ago and she literally nearly drove past me because she was like 'I didn't know it was you!"
And it seems her change in appearance didn't go unnoticed by viewers who were straight on social media to point out how different she looks.
One user wrote: "I can’t get over how different Lucy Spraggan looks #ThisMorning."
"#ThisMorning I can't believe how much Lucy Spraggan has changed," penned another as a third added: "Wow Lucy look incredible and so different. I never knew it was her until they said her name #ThisMorning."
While someone else echoed: "Omg Lucy Spraggan looks hella different #ThisMorning."
The 31-year-old told the presenters that her sobriety has also changed her life as she said: "I just woke up one morning and thought I just don't want to do this anymore."
She added: "That was three years ago so I've not drunk in three years and it's changed my life."
The former X Factor star went on to say that her sobriety isn't based on shame but instead on her wanting to change her life and it's now her "superpower."
She said: "I go on nights out and at 5 o'clock in the morning I'm like right I'm driving home now and people are like you can't drive home now, you're wasted! And I'm like I am not!"
Lucy announced that she is going on tour all around the UK and Ireland, saying: "Lockdown was bad for people that couldn't tour so I'm so excited to be back on the road."
