THIS Morning fans have spotted a huge ‘clue’ that Alison Hammond was ‘faking’ tears on today’s episode.
Today, Dermot O’Leary and Alison discussed Phillip – who exclusively spoke to The Sun in a bombshell interview last night – with their co-stars Sonia Sodha and Gyles Brandreth.
Just before the discussion started, Dermot said: "It's very difficult for us to cover this story because he's a friend and a colleague."
Fighting back the tears, Alison said: "I'm just finding it really painful because obviously I loved Phillip Schofield and it's weird because I still love Phillip Schofield.
"However what he has done is wrong. He's admitted it. He's said sorry, but as a family we're all really struggling to process everything. I never know what to say."
But some viewers think Alison, 48, ‘faked’ the tears, as she liked a scathing post about Phillip Schofield just days ago.

Katie Hopkins made a scathing video about Phillip Schofield on Twitter after his recent affair confession, and it was liked by This Morning star Alison.
Someone questioned the star online, writing: “Why have you liked this Tweet Alison Hammond? I really thought you were being genuine with your emotions this morning.
“All very confusing.”
On today’s show, Alison had to compose herself, and continued: "I remember what my mum said – my mum always said, use your bible as your Sat Nav in life Al. In the bible it says 'he without sin can cast the first stone'.

It followed an exclusive interview with The Sun, where Phillip answered all the questions fans of This Morning and beyond have wanted to know.
In the explosive interview he said: "I’m broken and ashamed… but I’m NOT a groomer."
Phillip has also told The Sun: “I am in a very bad way. Mentally, utterly, utterly broken.
“And if it hadn’t been for my girls last week I wouldn’t be here.”
