Josie Gibson left Phil Vickery feeling a little frustrated on Monday (August 14) on This Morning.
The host of the ITV show was joined by Rochelle Humes and they were sat down with Phil as he gave them a mini cooking class on how to make a scrumptious lunch with chicken skewers.

As Phil handed over the plate to the pair, Josie questioned if the chicken was ready to come off the hob and suggested it needed another minute or two.
A shocked Phil reminded her that he's a chef and has a long history of experience in cooking food, leaving Josie immediately flustered as she burst into a fit of laughter and apologised.
When Phil had finished cooking and his segment ended, Josie said: "Brilliant, thank you. I can see you know what you're doing there."
But he instead slammed his towel down and said: "Yep see you later," prompting Rochelle to chirp: "Oh no he's livid."
Josie started to defend herself as she added: "I just wouldn't have taken them off yet, I'd have made them a bit browner."
Phil quipped back: "We used to be friends. We used to be friends. You've changed," but he ended it with a laugh.
Rochelle briefly asked if she needed to "mediate" the row as Josie apologised once again and added: "I just would have waited for it to get a bit browner that's all I was saying, anyway I'm getting over it."
Phil had given his followers the heads up before appearing on the show that he would be cooking kebabs for lunch around midday.
He holds a regular segment on This Morning and often appears in the kitchen to showcase his skills in front of the hosts.
On Monday he joined both Josie and Rochelle, who had been off for a prolonged break before her return to the ITV Studios.
However, following his cheeky interaction with Josie, he might hang fire on his next gig in the studio…
This Morning continues weekdays on ITV at 10am.
