TRISTAN Thompson has announced his intentions to rekindle his romance with Khloe Kardashian.
After a multitude of cheating scandals, Tristan seems to be determined to "make it work" with the reality star.
A source told Us Weekly: “Tristan is always trying to get Khloe back, he still loves her and wants to make it work between them.
“They’re friends and great co-parents, but he wants more.”
Another insider told Us that the couple was not "back together" and Khloe was upset that she had to turn the comments off on her birthday post for Tristan because “people will come for her."
The source said: “Khloé will never not support Tristan because he’s the father of her two kids. Khloé called him the ‘best father’ because that’s how she feels and she will always stand by that.”
They continued: “Despite whatever happened between them, she has decided to focus on the positive because her children are the most important people in her life.
"She’s able to separate their past and appreciates the way he shows up for his kids.”
B-DAY POST OF LIES
This week was Tristan's birthday, and Khloe made a very long post to honor her baby daddy.
She shared several photos that include a rare shot of his and Khloe's second child smiling while sitting in his sister True Thompson's lap while wearing a Halloween onesie.

Other photos include a shot of Tristan, his two children with Khloe, and his brother, as well as a photo of him and his late mother.
Prince Thompson, Tristan's son from a previous relationship, was present in a few of the pictures.
The KUWTK alum captioned the post: "Happy birthday @realtristan13
You are truly the best father, brother & uncle.
"Your love, attention, silly dances, hugs, carpool rides, bedtime rituals, the way u show up for them. All of the above means more than you’ll ever know to your family of littles.
"My birthday wish for u is that u continue to crave change, healing, and transformation. Be strong, be kind, be patient, be free. Continue to Make your soul and your mommy proud. Happy birthday, baby daddy."
BEST DAD? REALLY?
After Khloe shared the birthday post, Tristan's other baby mama Maralee Nichols retaliated by sharing a message of her own.
Maralee posted a new photo of their baby son Theo on the day of Tristan's birthday. She posted a photo of herself and baby Theo, who Tristan has yet to meet.
The fitness guru posted the photo to her Instagram Stories which shows herself laying on a bed with baby Theo in her arms.
Maralee's name first grabbed the media's attention around her son's birth, when it was revealed that Tristan had an affair with the fitness trainer.
Tristan was supposedly exclusively dating Khloe when Theo was conceived.
He issued a public apology to the Hulu reality star after paternity results confirmed he was the father.
According to legal documents from August, the Chicago Bulls forward offered to pay Maralee $75,000 in hush money instead of paying monthly child support claiming she would be "better off."

When they settled their paternity case, Tristan was ordered to pay $9.5K a month in child support.
He also told the Instagram model that he had no plans on spending time with or getting to know their son.
