A FORMER legend of The Bill has been pictured looking worlds away from his character.
Actor Jeff Stewart was out and about in London as he celebrated turning 67.
Jeff played PC Reg Hollis on the ITV police drama for over 20 years, appearing in the show from 1984 until 2008.
Jeff was one of the longest serving cast members of the show, regularly appearing alongside Chris Ellison.
Jeff was spotted rocking a bushy new beard in the snaps in a similar vein to Father Christmas.
The actor was seen relaxing in the cafe as he chatted with a woman and her young child at the eatery before giving them a wave as they made their exit.

Jeff must have been full up from his meal as he took his plate from the outside table back into the cafe to get a doggy bag in order to take his leftovers back home for later.
The star was then seen heading across the street carrying a Warhol book by Blake Gopnik after finishing his drink.
The Bill legend remained a show favourite on the programme until his contract was not renewed two years before the show was axed by ITV for good.
The actor was born in Aberdeen but moved to Southampton when he was three months old.
