Virgin River Holiday Episodes: Teaser trailer
Annette O’Toole is best known today for her portrayal of Hope McCrea in Netflix favourite Virgin River.
The actress has enjoyed a career spanning decades though, with the 71-year-old first finding fame in the 1975 satire Smile.
She went on to star in Hawaii Five-0 as well as films like 1979’s Love for Rent alongside David Selby and Lusa Eilbacher.
Annette looks worlds away from her Virgin River character in the role of Carol Martin.
The brunette sported a different hair colour in the film, where she dons vibrant red locks.

In one scene, Annette appears in a stunning red mini-dress, and with her glamorous waves is the picture of classic Hollywood.
The stunning photos from the film depict her in the iconic outfit, which she had completed with a pair of black heels.
While the TV movie was one of her first, Annette has gone on to claim more than 90 roles to her name.
After the flick, she went on to bag several big gigs in the following years.

She starred in the 1982 blockbuster 48 Hours and Superman III the year after.
She also landed a role in 1987’s Cross My Heart and became one of the main cast of several series such as Nash Bridges and Smallville.
O’Toole went on to portray Beverly Marsh in the first adaptation of Stephen King’s It in 1990.
In a recent interview in which she looked back at her career, she told Daily Planet: “I fell in love with acting like falling in love with a person and it has only gotten deeper!”
Annette has starred as mayor and town gossip Hope since Virgin River began and is still a firm fixture of the drama.
The character has been at the centre of some major storylines, including a near-fatal car accident which shook the town as they almost lost Hope.
The season three finale ended with a major cliffhanger, but thankfully it was confirmed in later series Hope had survived.
However, she faced a long recovery as she’d been left with a traumatic brain injury.
