Wendy Blissett (Jennifer Armour) will pay a devastating price in Hollyoaks, with the show’s brand new trailer confirming that she dies in upcoming scenes.
The eponymous village’s resident schemer has made it her mission to destroy Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe), working with dad Silas (Jeff Rawle) in the hopes of getting Bobby to themselves.
Her plan has, thus far, succeeded, with Bobby believing that Mercedes doesn’t want anything to do with him, unaware that he’s being played by Wendy.
Sally St Claire (Annie Wallace), however, catches Wendy out later this week, after overhearing her on the phone to Silas.
The Summer trailer, which just dropped on the Channel 4 soap’s social media channels, previews the scenes in question, as Wendy goes out of her way to ket Sally to keep quiet.
What’s more, she has Bobby steal his own passport, in the hopes of fleeing the country with him!
‘Wendy is prepared to go as far as she needs to,’ actress Jennifer Armour told Metro.co.uk, discussing the character’s desire to get Bobby away from the McQueens.
‘I think she didn’t think she would be asked to do anything too horrendous, but she starts to realise she might have to cross over her own boundaries.’
The trailer, however, reveals that a devastating road accident takes place, with Mercedes later receiving the shocking news that Wendy has died!
Is all as it seems?
