Who are the Bake Off: The Professionals judges?

Cherish Finden

Cherish returns as one of Bake Off: The Professionals.

She is originally from Singapore, and moved to London in 2001 and has had over 20 years of international experience.

Cherish is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Langham, London and is a multi-award-winning chef, with plenty of culinary achievements under her belt.

One includes leading the Singapore Pastry team to victory in the 2000 Culinary Olympics.

Cherish has also appeared on other cookery shows including Heston’s Great British Food, MasterChef and Junior Bake Off.

Benoit Blin

Benoit is a pastry chef who is originally from Normandy in France.
