Matthews is set to face American rapper Blueface at Wembley Arena on April 22, 2023.
The bout will appear on the same card as the KingPyn: High Stakes influencer boxing tournament.
However, the fight will not be part of the tournament, instead appearing as a "wildcard fight" on the night.
Ed has a boxing record of one win and no defeats.
This is his second match after defeating TikToker Simple Simon in 48 seconds in June 2022.
The fight came about after a beef between Ed and Simon, which originating from Matthews accusing Simon of exploiting the career of Cal The Dragon to further his own ambitions.
Matthews and Simon, real name Simon Colbran, came to blows on a number of occasions in the build up, with Ed making remarks about his rivals daughter Keeley and his ex-wife.
