TOM Aikens is of the most talented chefs in Britain.
By the age of 26, he became the youngest ever Brit to be awarded two Michelin stars.
Who is Tom Aikens?
Tom Aikens was born in Norwich in 1970.
He was introduced to the food world early in life with his father and grandfather working in the wine business, and his mother was a keen grower of vegetables.
At the age of 16, he and his twin brother Robert attended Hotel School at City College Norwich.
Tom earned a two-year Advanced Catering Diploma in 1989 and went on to become a renowned chef.

What does Tom Aikens do?
Tom is a Michelin-starred chef.
He now has a number of restaurants over the world, including Tom’s Kitchen and Muse in London and The Fat Pig in Hong Kong.
He previously appeared on Channel 4's Iron Chef, Great Chefs Of The World and Market Kitchen on the UK Good Food Channel.
Tom is a familiar face on the Great British Menu having competed and been a judge in the past.

He was a contestant on the show in series six in 2011 and in series eight of the show in 2013, where he ended up winning the starter round.
Tom appeared on series 10 of Great British Menu in 2015, assisting Tom Kerridge as a judge on the fish course.
And then he was a judge himself on series 11 last year, lending his expertise to the North East location.
The chef has also published three books based on his booking expertise.
These are called Tom Aikens Cooking, Fish and Easy.
Is Tom Aikens married?
Tom has been married three times.
He first married his then-business partner Laura Vanninen from 1997 to 2004.
His second marriage to Amber Nuttall lasted from June 2007 to November 2010.
He then married Justine Dobbs-Higginson, a former Goldman Sachs banker, in Corsica in the summer of 2018.
They have two daughters.
When did Tom Aikens receive his Michel stars?
Following stints at prestigious restaurants in both the UK and Paris, Tom became head chef at Pied à Terre in London in 1996.

There he maintained the restaurant's two Michelin stars and became the youngest chef ever to do so at just 26 years old.
