Who Wants to Be A Millionaire chaos as Joel Dommett snubbed by famous friend

    Fans couldn't believe what they were witnessing during the latest celebrity edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? after Jonathan Ross hanged up on presenter Jeremy Clarkson.

    On Sunday night's show, Masked Singer presenter Joel Dommett was in the hot seat as he took on the challenge of answering as many questions as he could correctly.

    But when Joel decided to use his co-star Jonathan as his phone a friend option, things took an unexpected turn when Jonathan decided to put the phone down when called.

    Seeing his hilarious action on their screens, fans headed to straight to Twitter to share their amusement.

    One viewer penned: "That was an entertaining Phone a Friend."

    Another viewer shared: "Jonathan Ross needs to be a phone a friend more often."

    A third laughed: "Well played Joel. Jonathan Ross one of the funniest phone of friends ever, and first I recall hanging up."

    Meanwhile a fourth surprised viewer chimed: "Jonny Ross didn't just hang up on Joel Dommett!"

    When Jeremy did call Jonathan back, he continued with the gags and told the presenter that he was sitting in his underpants because he can't turn his heating down.

    Despite offering viewers a barrel of laughs, the talk show host did brilliantly with helping Joel answer his question correctly, which he was clearly thankful for.

    Joel did a fantastic job while appearing on the popular ITV show and managed to walk away with a incredible £125,000 for his chosen chairty.

    Seeing how well the comedian did on the show, fans headed straight to Twitter to congratulate him on his win.

    One person said: "Amazing £125,000 for charity, Joel is not just a pretty face…"

    Another shared: "Brilliant from Joel Dommett winning £125,000 for charity."

    While a third echoed: "£125,000 for charity! Well done! Well done! Congrats!"

    "Joel Dommett has done really well on tonight's celebrity version of #whowantstobeamillionaire, meaning there's very little time left for Chris Kamara. Not that I expect that to be a problem," a fourth added.

    Joel was playing to raise money for Brain Tumuor Support charity which is dedicated to providing support for patients, families and carers.

    Former footballer Chris Kamara was also took on the Millionaire challenge on Sunday and the left the show with £32,000 for his charity.
