Doctors will not be on the BBC this week due to the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria.
Episodes called titled Hell is Empty and Aftershock have been taken off air.
The BBC made the decision to not show the episodes this week due to the storyline.
The episodes saw the lives of surgery staff endangered as a bomb explodes during a medical conference.

There would have been scenes featuring characters being pulled from the rubble and emergency services searching for survivors.
The soap’s official Twitter account confirmed the news, which said: "In light of news in Turkey and Syria, today’s billed episode of Doctors will be replaced with Animal Park Heroes."
One episode aired in its place, called The Leaving Party, but none have aired since.
No episodes are scheduled for the rest of the week and it is not known if the original episodes will ever air or not.

When will Doctors be back on TV?
Doctors is currently set to return to our TV screens on Monday, February 20, 2023.
However, it is unclear whether the episodes shown will be the cancelled ones or if the show will skip these episodes, changing the storyline.
A BBC spokesperson told Metro: "In light of events in Turkey and Syria, Doctors will not be on air this week and will resume programming on 20th February."
What is Doctors about?
Doctors is a daytime continuing drama set in a Midlands practice following the turbulent lives of the characters.
Each episode features numerous guest and recurring stars as a different storyline is followed in each show
Set in the fictional Midlands town of Letherbridge, it follows the lives of staff and patients at The Mill Health Centre.
Doctors has been on our screens since 2000.
In that time it has featured many well-known faces such as Eddie Redmayne, Claire Foy, Sheridan Smith and Emilia Fox.
The show won Best Single Episode 2016 at the British Soap Awards for its 3000th episode.
