A man’s body has been found on a roof of a house, hidden underneath a blanket.
Neighbours were shocked when emergency services had to close off the road in Leeds, West Yorkshire, to recover the remains from the top of the three storey terraced house.
Dramatic footage showed an emergency worker emerge from a skylight to check the body.
Ambulances, firefighters and police officers attended the scene but it appeared the man had already died.
Later fire fighters are seen to use the turntable ladder platform to recover the corpse.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident. It is unknown how the man died or how his body ended up on the roof underneath a blanket.

The alarm was raised at 3.30pm on Sunday when Harehills Avenue was flooded with emergency vehicles soon after.
Neighbours were shocked when the pictures of the incident were shared on social media of the man lying dead on the roof.
Harehills Avenue was sealed off as were surrounding streets such as Spencer Place.
Numerous roads in the Chapeltown area of the city were also closed.
