CCTV OF a man has been released as cops investigate the alleged rape of a woman who was followed as she left a train station.

The woman was reportedly attacked after leaving the station in Tunbridge Wells, Kent at 12.30am on Saturday.

Kent Police said: "Images have been issued by detectives investigating an alleged rape in Tunbridge Wells.

"It is reported that at around 12.30am on Saturday 16 September 2023, a woman was initially approached by a stranger after exiting High Brooms train station. 

"It is alleged the man made advances towards the victim, and after following her on foot later assaulted her inside a property.

"An investigation is being led by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate and officers are now issuing images of a man they are seeking to identify and speak to."
