Teresa Helm, 42, said she spent a night at the East 66th Street apartment during her time being abused by the wealthy pedophile in 2002 at the age of 22, which a lawsuit revealed was where he’d keep girls as young as 13.
Helm said she was greeted with a gift basket that included cookies and fresh fruit, making her feel ‘special.’
She said: ‘I remember the apartment clearly. It was relatively small and there was Dannon yogurt in the fridge and a basket of fruit and cookies on the counter.’
Helm noted that she assumed she’d be staying at a hotel, rather than what was listed in the famous Epstein black book under ‘apartments for models.’

The apartment is largely owned by Epstein’s brother Mark via his company, Ossa Properties.
She added: “I remember feeling quite special – thinking there’s this nice gift basket of fruit and cookies. It was part of the manipulation – “here we are caring for you, we are providing for you.” That’s all part of the grooming process.’
Helm told The Mirror that ‘they brought girls there to stay throughout their trafficking. They needed to put the girls up somewhere.’
She said she had met both Epstein and his ‘right hand woman’ Ghislaine Maxwell prior to heading to the apartment.
The victim flew cross-country to New York City to meet with Maxwell about a ‘private massage therapist’ job.

She claimed she was asked to give Maxwell a massage and was told by the socialite that upon meeting Epstein: ‘Make sure you give Jeffrey what he wants because Jeffrey always gets what he wants. ‘
Helm says next she went to Epstein’s house, which she described as looking like a castle, where she was lured into his office and sexually assaulted.
She recalls: ‘I was let in and Jeffrey said to follow him to his office. We walked into that room and then he asked me for a foot massage and put his foot on my leg. I started giving him a foot massage and he started pushing his foot closer and closer to me to the point where his foot was literally pressing up against my body.’
Epstein then grabbed Helm from behind as she tried to walk away, grabbed her chin and said: ‘I know I can always trust a woman who shows her gums when she smiles.’
She then claims she froze and was assaulted by Epstein in the hallway, adding: ‘Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.’

Helm left after a night and flew home the next day, but mentioned that she road to the airport with another ‘young girl’ that she suspects was also a victim.
She was part of a group of Epstein’s victims who accepted a piece of a compensation fund in exchange for nixing her lawsuit against his estate.
Maxwell, now 60, was found guilty of recruiting and trafficking underage girls for the disgraced financier between 1994 and 1997.
She has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after telling the court that meeting Jeffrey Epstein was the ‘biggest regret of my life’ and apologizing to her victims ‘for the pain that you have experienced.’
During Maxwell’s trial her victims described how they would go up to the bathroom after entering the house and would take part in sexualized massages with Epstein on a green fold out massage table.
After the sentencing, Maxwell’s attorney Bobbi Sternheim said outside the courthouse: ‘Our client Ghislaine Maxwell has been vilified, pilloried and left little room for her to be treated fairly. Because even before she stropped forward into this courthouse, she was being tried and convicted in the court of public opinion.
Four women gave evidence against Maxwell during her weeks-long trial: a victim known as ‘Jane’, Annie Farmer, Kate and another woman called Carolyn.
Over three weeks, the jury heard how Maxwell ‘served up’ underage girls for Epstein and relished her role as the ‘Lady of the House’ at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
Between 1994 and 2004 Maxwell was Epstein’s ‘right hand’ and paid $200 for sexualized massages or even took part in the abuse.
The victims, some as young as 14, were given a similar amount of money if they brought friends to Epstein, the jury was told.
The true number of Epstein’s victims may never be known but the fund set up to pay compensation to them paid out $121million to 150 women around the world.
Most of the victim impact statements were released ahead of sentencing and they were blistering in their condemnation of Maxwell.
Epstein was found in cardiac arrest, having hanged himself, shortly before 7am on August 10, 2019, at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan.
