MEDICAL experts investigating Lucy Letby have reportedly found evidence of “malevolent acts” against other babies.
Police are currently looking into all 4,000 neonatal baby admissions in the two hospitals the monster worked across four years.
It is believed the serial baby killer may have been committing evil crimes since 2012, according to medical experts.
An inside source close to the investigation claimed there were 12 babies who suffered unexplained collapses, according to their notes.
After being reviewed by experts it was reportedly concluded that “several” of them indicated “malevolent” involvement, as reported by The Times.
All 12 babies survived and there were no charges related to these incidents within Letby's trial.

Britain's most prolific child killer was convicted of murdering seven babies and attempting to claim the lives of six more.
She used insulin and air to inject newborns throughout her year-long killing spree on the neo-natal ward at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
Cheshire Police have since announced that the force will be investigating all 4,000 babies admitted during her nursing career.
Letby worked at Countess of Chester Hospital and carried out work placements at Liverpool Women’s Hospital.

The investigation was named Operation Hummingbird and was responsible for seeing Letby caged for life.
"Phase two" of the operation is now fully underway.
Det Supt Paul Hughes previously confirmed Cheshire Police are looking into "some events" from Liverpool Women's Hospital, where Letby was on placement in 2012 and 2015.
He said: "We obviously are committed to a thorough investigation across the entire footprint that Letby has been employed at the Countess of Chester Hospital and on placements at the Liverpool Women’s Hospital and as you would expect us to do conduct a thorough investigation.
"We will give an update on that particular part of the investigation when we can. The investigation needs to go on."
Letby's colleagues, who have already bravely appeared as prosecution witnesses during the gruelling nine-month trial, have been questioned about other suspicious incidents surrounding the serial baby killer.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A special team has also been set up to respond to parents concerned that their child may have been attacked."
They also confirmed Liverpool Women’s Hospital has claimed it carrying out their own investigation into Letby’s placement there.
Her training was within a time frame from October to December 2012, as well as January and February 2015.

Letby was sentenced at Manchester Crown Court to a whole life order which means the sick killer will die in jail.
The vile killer is the third woman to ever be handed the sentence after Rose West and Joanna Dennehy.
Mr Justice Goss said: "You acted in a way that was completely contrary to the normal human instincts of nurturing and caring for babies and in gross breach of the trust that all citizens place in those who work in the medical and caring professions.
"The babies you harmed were born prematurely and some were at risk of not surviving but in each case you deliberately harmed them, intending to kill them."
The judge also told how "lifelong harm" had been caused after Letby targeted babies whose lives were cut short "almost as soon as they began" in "horrific circumstances".
He added: "There was premeditation, calculation and cunning in your actions."
Families of her victims have slammed the coward for refusing to appear in court and hear their impact statements.

Police first arrested Letby at her creepy Cheshire home on July 3, 2018, on suspicion of murdering eight babies at the hospital and attempted murder in relation to six others.
Her house uncovered chilling evidence such as manically scrawled confession notes and obsessive love letters to a doctor colleague.
There was a Post-it note, which was previously shown to jurors, that included the words: "I am evil I did this".
Diary entries next to her colleague's name read "I loved you" and "my best friend".
It is believed Letby will spend the rest of her days inside HMP Low Newton.
The notorious maximum-security prison in County Durham, has caged fellow serial killer Rose West.
