A gang of French and Swiss holidaymakers who allegedly raped a British teenager were filmed ‘laughing’ during the attack, according to police sources.
The footage featuring the sound of the young men ‘enjoying’ themselves is said to be among more than 20 clips of the attack seized by Spanish police.
The judge who remanded the six men in custody has described claims that the sex was consensual as ‘completely preposterous’.
The videos were allegedly filmed while the 18-year-old was raped by six tourists as two others watched at the BH Mallorca hotel in Magaluf on the holiday island of Majorca.
Police reports state that no sound could be heard from the victim in the footage of the alleged attack after she met the men at a party and went back to the hotel.
She is said to have escaped from the room at the adults-only hotel and reported what happened to a security guard who called police.
Five men of French nationality and a Swiss man are currently being held in custody on suspicion of rape after the incident at around 5am on Monday.
In the first pictures of the six men, one of the suspects held his head down and stared at the ground as he was led into a court in the Majorcan capital Palma in handcuffs by a Civil Guard officer
But the other five, all wearing the same shorts and t-shirt they were arrested in, made no attempt to disguise their faces as they were taken into court for a remand hearing held behind closed doors

The seized video footage was taken from mobile phones belonging to the men, suggesting that they had filmed themselves taking part in the alleged attack.
The investigating judge in the case allegedly reported that the clips showed the girl remaining silent, and making ‘not even a murmur, a sigh, or the like’.

The Ultima Hora newspaper stated that the judge described any suggestion that the girl had consented to sex acts as ‘outrageous’ and ‘totally unreasonable’.
Instead, the judge described the videos as showing the men ‘enjoying’ themselves and ‘laughing’ as they attacked the girl.
The judge said there were indications of ‘truly humiliating and vexatious practices without any hint that the victim could have given her consent.’
She also ruled there were indications the 18-year-old holidaymaker had suffered ‘really humiliating and degrading treatment’ in her decision to refuse the suspects bail and send them to prison in Majorca pending an ongoing criminal probe.
The first three French suspects – named as Anthony G, 20, Anthony A, 20, and Khalil A, 18 – were quickly arrested at the hotel.
Two other French men Thomas E, 23, and Romain C, 26, were arrested later on Monday along with the Swiss man Lucas H who is aged 20.
The arrests were made after the victim described the men to police and ‘various surveillance devices’ were placed on the hotel entrances.
Police investigators confirmed yesterday they weren’t ruling out further arrests following overnight reports detectives were attempting to identify other tourists who witnessed the alleged attack and ‘did nothing to stop it.’
Officers are still hunting two other men who allegedly filmed the attack on their mobile phones.
Medical reports revealed that the girl had several bruises or grip marks on her right arm, suggesting she had been held down, and a small cut on her upper chest.

The teenager at first did not want to report what had happened before she was transferred to the Son Espases hospital, in Palma, where a forensic doctor examined her.
Spain’s Guardia Civil national police force is said to have ‘collected a large number of samples in the room where the reported rape took place’.
The samples, described as ‘biological remains’, have been sent for analysis.
The British teenager, who gave a statement to police as well as the investigating judge in court, has now flown back to the UK with a female holiday friend.
The alleged rape is being investigated by officers from the Guardia Civil headquarters on an industrial estate, a 15 minute drive from Magaluf.
A police source who asked not to be identified said: ‘Of course, we take all reports very seriously and investigate everything properly.’
The sprawling BH Mallorca complex where the alleged gang rape took place on Monday features a hotel providing all inclusive packages through holiday operators including Jet2 and separate apartment blocks for guests.
British and French guests spoken to by MailOnline this week said they had no idea that the alleged attack had taken place in the hotel.
One British guest called Daisy, 19, who is staying at the BH Mallorca with her boyfriend Jacob, 23, said: ‘It is just terrible that it could have happened here.’

The woman met the suspected rapists on Monday night and later went to the hotel room of one of the suspects, where she was allegedly sexually assaulted by the six, the police press office in Mallorca cited the alleged victim’s statement as saying
Daisy from Swaffham, Norfolk, added: ‘We arrived at the hotel at 12.30am at night, and there was guy sprawled out on the stairs with a security guard trying to wake him up.
‘We ended up complaining because the block where our room was smelled of piss, but the next day it was fresh lemons, so they must have put down some disinfectant or something.
‘There was also a French guy in the room next to us and he kept making animal noises. He and his mates would also whistle at girls down in the pool.
‘It is an adults-only hotel, and people go out partying, and come back at all hours. But we have been told that it is soon going to be changed to a family place for people with kids.’
