LEGENDARY stag do performer Benidorm Jade has revealed her key survival tips to make sure your boozy trip this summer is the wildest holiday ever.

After going from primary school teacher to party island expert, she told The Sun there are four key items you need to make sure you don't burn out on your trip abroad.

The 30-year-old boasts she has helped bring even more boozy fun to the sunny shores of Benidorm as she helps run wild stag do excursions and puts on shows at Miller's Bar.

And dealing with hundreds of punters every year, she's seen the all the highs and lows – knowing exactly what to do to make sure you have a good holiday.

Jade's key tips are simple – and they are all about looking after yourself and making sure you don't burn out on your hols.

Holidaymakers must make sure to have suncream, lots of water, vitamins, and more booze.

"That's it, if you forget your sunscreen you're done on the first day, and the only way to get over a hangover is more booze," she told The Sun Online.

Jade upped and moved to Spain with her family eight years ago – but nothing could prepare her for what was to come.

Teaching primary school children and being "one of three people under the age of 65" in the sleepy Spanish town her parents had moved to just wasn't giving Jade the zest for life she was searching for.

That was until she began working for a travel agency that looked after stag nights and hen dos in buzzing Benidorm.

For a city already known for its wild side, Jade claims that she bought the real life to the party.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Jade said: "I'm going to sound like I'm blowing my own trumpet here but I think I kind of made Benidorm more wild – I try to push every boundary and push those limits and see how much will be accepted.

"What I do is some of the most extreme stuff I've ever seen".

The entertainer revealed that she puts on extremely "memorable" performances for her groups of stags and hens which strip shows and racy body shots.

Her iconic events have now made her a recognisable face in the streets of Benidorm as she recalled people screaming her name while she walked through the town – and some even approach her for selfies.

"Literally eight years ago, I was the quietest person ever, you would barely have heard me in a room if I was shouting and you wouldn't have noticed me," the adult content creator said.

"I was pretty much invisible and now I can't walk down the street without having selfies".

Jade revealed that within the last five years, the stag and hen tradition in Benidorm has really picked up – with her at the front wheel.

"It's really boomed out," she said, "and the parties bring so much life and colour to the place because they're wearing fancy dress and they're just out for fun.

"They're doing everything possible to make one person in their group have the best time of their life, so they're all absolutely buzzing, and that there's just no negativity about the party at all".

The massive wave of recognition and attention that Jade has experienced also comes with the fact she is dating the Benidorm expert known as Frank The Stag Man.

Together, the power couple has taken the party island by storm as they team up to give visitors the most "memorable holiday".

But the once shy teacher admitted she is still getting used to the floods of attention she receives from her fast-paced job.

"It's a big thing to wrap my head around because it's, just so unexpected," she told The Sun.

"It wasn't planned, it wasn't like we tried to do this, we were just doing our thing and doing what made us happy.

"So like I kind of found myself and found that I enjoyed taking my clothes off and getting the attention from the groups and having a laugh and stuff like that, and that it made me more and more confident the more I did it".

Talking about her plans for the future, Jade doesn't think she'll be quitting her day (and night) job anytime soon.

"We're kind of still taking everything as it comes to be honest, because the Millers Bar and the travel agency are really doing fantastic and we're still building that," she said.

"The more the travel agency can do, then the more we can have a support system around us so that we can have more freedom to go off and like, I enjoy making my adult content and things like that".
