More than 100,000 pro-Palestine supporters are expected to arrive in London this lunchtime ahead of a massive march from Park Lane to the US Embassy in Nine Elms. 

Some 1,850 police will be on duty to protect the public during the controversial demonstration, which Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has condemned.

The march will begin at 1pm and has been ordered to disperse from outside the US Embassy by 5pm. 

Anyone breaking away from the main route and attempted to approach The Cenotaph, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall or the Israeli Embassy will face arrest.

A dispersal zone will be in place covering key central London locations including Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. Anyone refusing to disperse can be arrested, the Met said


Exclusion zones have been put in place around the Israeli Embassy in Kensington and the US Embassy in Vauxhall
