New Jersey elementary school janitor Giovanni Impellizzeri who ‘urinated in food, put feces in taco meat and rubbed his genitals on cooking utensils’ claimed he was a ‘Satanist’ and WANTED to make kids sick, prosecutor says
- Giovanni Impellizzeri, 25, has been remanded in custody following a bail hearing after being charged with child endangerment and aggravated assault
- Impellizzeri, a janitor at a New Jersey elementary school allegedly performed sex acts with food including cucumbers and bread
- Prosecutors say he contaminated the food and utensils in the school cafeteria with bodily fluids which including urine, saliva and feces and sprayed bleach
A janitor at a New Jersey elementary school went online to brag about how he had contaminated food being served to children with bleach, bodily fluids, and even his own feces in order to get them sick, it is alleged.
Giovanni Impellizzeri, 25, claimed online to be a Satanist ‘doing the devil’s work’, has been charged with child endangerment, aggravated assault and tampering with the food at Elizabeth F. Moore School in the Upper Deerfield School District.
Messages Impellizzeri allegedly posted to the encrypted phone app Telegram, were displayed in Cumberland County Superior Court as part of bail hearing that saw Judge Cristen D’Arrigo remand him in custody rather than being released.
Impellizzeri was arrested on October 31 and had been a custodian at the school since 2019. Prosecutors say he is still considered a serious risk to public safety.
School authorities contacted the police after receiving a tip about posts on social media in which Impellizzeri was allegedly performing sex acts with ‘inanimate objects’ in the building.

In messages posted onto the social media app ‘He states: “Honestly. I put bleach in their food before. They were fine, just a little sick. Oh, well. Not my problem”‘, County Assistant Prosecutor Lindsey Seidel said in court, while reading from the post.
‘He also indicated: “I’m very f***ing sick in the head. I admit that.”‘
‘And he indicated, “They had taco meat before, and I put some … poop in there and mixed it in and nobody knew the difference. They ate the s*** right up.”‘
Investigators claim he contaminated the food and utensils in the school cafeteria with bodily fluids which included urine, saliva and feces.
Police said Impellizzeri also used bread to touch his penis, anus and testicles before spitting on it and then placing it back into a container so it could be served to the young pupils.
In another video, Seidel explained how Impellizzeri set up a phone to record himself in the cafeteria allegedly spraying Clorox Clean-Up bleach into a container filled with cucumbers with the intent of harming children.
‘He mixes the spray into the cucumbers, spits in the cumbers, and then sprays some more,’ Seidel detailed.
‘He then looks at the camera and says, “Oh. They smell just like f***ing bleach, dude. They’re going to get so f***ing sick off this s***. They’re going to get so f***ing sick, dude.” He then proceeds to put the plastic wrap back on the container of cucumbers.’
‘Because of these fetishes and compulsions, as he already has expressed via his messages to others, there is a high probability that he will continue to place the public at risk of contaminations by bodily fluid anywhere that he goes,’ County Prosecutor Seidel said

The graphic details of Impellizzeri’s alleged actions are detailed in court documents
It’s believed the incidents occurred while he was both alone on school property and while the kitchens were in use.
Some of the alleged incidents are believed to have happened this past October.
Seidel also revealed how Impellizzeri called himself a satanist noting how his messages stated he was always doing the ‘devil’s work.’

‘If he can’t control himself in an elementary school setting full of children, what is to stop him from attempting similar things in a McDonald’s or in a grocery store.’
‘This is a public health crisis at this point. We don’t know who, where he’s been,’ parent Rachel Jenkins told ABC7.
Jenkins, whose child attends Elizabeth Moore School, said: ‘Kids are getting sick, having diarrhea, vomiting, and we’re blaming it on a belly bug when in reality it could be hepatitis, it could be food poisoning. Like, who knows what else he’s putting in there?’

The school sent a text to parents asking for information and initially claimed that no students were involved.
‘If there’s bodily fluids and all this other stuff going around, that is direct involvement’, parent John Wojtowicz said.
A group of parents who came to pick up their children were addressed by the superintendent in the parking lot last Friday but a petition was started for the school official to be fired.
Officials say the school district is working with the Department of Health to make sure the food preparation areas, surfaces and utensils have been properly sanitized and the food discarded.
Samples are being collected from Impellizzeri to see if he has any diseases which could have been transmitted.
‘For now, parents of students and others who may have consumed contaminated food should contact their healthcare provider if they show signs of illness, particularly severe illness,’ the health department said in a statement.
