She’s rarely seen without a stylish Chanel bag – which makes this picture of Jenna Coleman something of a rarity.
While strolling in London last week, the Victoria star spurned her usual accessory of choice for an oversized, £385 personalised tote bag which has become one of the must-have items of the summer.
However the 37-year-old has not abandoned her favourite brand altogether: she still wore Chanel sunglasses and Chanel ‘Dad’ sandals with her vintage blue dress.
The oversized corduroy tote by designer brand London Velvet has won fans such as Sienna Miller and Zendaya, thanks to its hand-stitched leather initials and ‘subtle slot for your yoga mat’.
A fashion source said: ‘Over-sized branded beach bags are everywhere.

‘The London Velvet bag is a classic summer bag. You can put everything in there and still have room for more.’
Jenna, 37, is known for her love of expensive Chanel bags, showing off an impressive collection worth a total of more than £10,000 in recent months.
But she is no stranger to oversized totes, using a £3,500 Christian Dior Union Jack bag to lug a blanket to a picnic in 2020.
The Serpent and former Doctor Who star is dating director Jamie Childs, who she met on the set of Netflix series The Sandman last year.
She previously dated her Victoria co-star Tom Hughes, who played Prince Albert in the ITV series.
