LOUISE Clifford, the daughter of the disgraced PR supremo Max Clifford, has died aged 51.
The PR firm co-founder died "peacefully" at home on Tuesday surrounded by family following a short cancer battle.
Louise's PR firm Borne said: "Heartbroken to write this post and inform you of the passing of our business partner, Borne co-founder and dear friend Louise.
"Following a short battle with cancer Lou passed peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones.
"Lou was so very proud of Borne and all that we have achieved together, and though we can’t imagine how without her, we will carry on making her proud.
"She can now be reunited with her mum and dad, free from pain and safe in the knowledge she was much loved, respected and will be missed by so many people whose lives she touched."

Quoting Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, the firm added: "Though she be but little, she is fierce."
Author Russ Kane, a close friend, said: "RIP my lovely friend Louise Clifford.

"Despite endless awful illnesses and countless major operations, being often confined to a wheelchair, she never once complained.
"We would laugh, joke and take the p*** out of the world.
"She was an inspiration through her courage and resilience."
Paying tribute to her business partner and friend, Denise Davies wrote on Instagram: "What a huge part of my life you have been. Always there with sound, calm advice.
"A cheeky and naughty sense of humour and my guiding light."
Louise was born in June 1971 in Wimbledon, south-west London to Max Clifford and his first wife, Liz Porter, whom he met at a dance in Croydon in 1963 before marrying her in June 1967. Liz died from lung cancer in 2003.
Louise was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when she was just seven and the condition forced her to use a wheelchair for much of her life.
She had her knees replaced weeks before her 16th birthday, before eventually doing her A-levels at a boarding college for disabled students.
Speaking about her illness, Louise previously said: "I don't really have many bad moments where I feel I'm missing out on things.
"I'm really a positive person, that's my nature."
Louise was the daughter of disgraced PR guru Max Clifford, who died in prison aged 74 in December 2017 while serving an eight-year sentence for indecent assault.
At his height Clifford was earning £2.5million a year with celeb clients.
Louise said she could see her father becoming more frail in prison and accused Cat C HMP Littlehey in Cambridgeshire of mistreatment after his complaints of a tight chest allegedly went unheard.
Clifford collapsed in his cell on December 8, 2017, and died of heart failure at Hinchingbrooke Hospital near Huntingdon on December two days later.

Louise spent much of her time trying to "restore" her dad's reputation both before and after his death.
But the Court of Appeal dismissed her case in 2019, with the judge saying: "Nothing we heard came anywhere near imperilling the safety of his convictions."
