A three-year-old inadvertently took a joyride through an airport baggage area after becoming trapped on a conveyor belt.
Cameras were rolling at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago, Chile last Thursday when the toddler escaped view of his parents behind a check-in booth and fell onto a luggage carousel.
Footage shows the moment the mischievous child approached the conveyor belt and tumbled on to the moving belt.
As he tried to climb off, he quickly found his trip through the secure area was only just beginning.

A second security camera showed him sitting calmly on the baggage belt as it whipped around, but he nearly injured himself when he moved from the left side of the conveyor to the ride and slammed into a metal divider.
Airport personnel appeared to have been alerted that the boy was sliding their way and rushed to the side of the conveyor belt to stop it.
One of the workers jumped on top and walked towards the child before handing him over to his colleague.
The child’s escapade amused plenty of social media users, including one who seemed to be jealous of the boy.
‘Everyone says ‘childhood dream,’ they wrote. ‘I’m almost 50 and I still dream of doing that.’
Another chimed in, ‘My childhood fantasy!!!’

One user joked that it was the perfect way to take a trip if they were short of cash.
‘It’s me, trying to go on vacation without money for the tickets.’
Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport officials are investigating the incident.
‘We are collecting all the information to determine how this situation occurred and reinforce safety measures and protocols with airline operators to prevent it from happening again, beyond the responsibility that parents and caregivers should have for the children in their care,’ the airport said in a statement.
The incident also took place the same day a naked Chilean woman in her 20s was seen roaming the airport terminal.
The woman reportedly had taken magic mushrooms and drank liquor at a party before she traveled to the airport, where she attacked passengers and police officers before she was taken into custody.
