My daughter has been left stranded at the bus stop THREE times in a month | The Sun

A SCHOOLGIRL was left in tears after being stranded at a bus stop THREE times in a month.

Lois Bailey, only 11, was refused onto a bus by a heartless driver after her valid QR code ticket didn't load on her phone properly.

The terrified youngster was left completely alone and forced to ring her dad to come and get her.

Dad Matthew Bailey fumed: "She was very upset and was in floods of tears when I went to pick her up.

"I can't understand how someone could just leave a kid that age."

The incident was the latest in a string of screw-ups where Arriva busses have told Lois, from North Wales, she can't get on.

On one occasion the bus was full, while on the other it simply drove past Lois and her pals forcing them to ring their parents for lifts.

This is despite the youngster's parents shelling out for monthly and weekly bus passes for the 11-mile trip from Wrexham to school in Mold.

It has left dad Matthew worried sick for when his daughter – who has no other option to get to school – will next be booted off the bus.
