Conservative party members will choose either Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak as Britain’s next Prime Minister – but The Mail+ readers want Boris Johnson to stay in No 10.
Our poll found the outgoing leader is your top pick for Downing Street, despite stepping down two weeks ago after facing more than 50 ministerial resignations.
At the time of going to press last night, Mr Johnson picked up 73 per cent of the vote in The Mail+ poll. Miss Truss was in second place with 16 per cent.

Trailing them were Mr Sunak (7 per cent) and Penny Mordaunt (4 per cent).
Some 14,877 votes were cast overall.
On Wednesday’s final round of voting among Conservative MPs, former chancellor Mr Sunak came out on top with 137 votes while Miss Truss came second with 113 votes.
Miss Mordaunt was eliminated after obtaining only 105 votes.
