SUELLA Braverman will call on world leaders to rip up outdated asylum rules and smash smuggling gangs in a major speech in the US on Wednesday.
The Home Secretary will say that Britain has led the way with "innovative approaches" to tackling small boats.
And she will present a " blueprint" for how other countries can combat the crisis.
It comes as the Home Office reported that no channel crossings took place last week.
However, a shocking 24,000 dinghies have made the journey so far this year.
And the Rwanda deportation scheme is still being held up by lefty lawyers in the courts, with no flights expected to take off for months.

Ms Braverman said: "Illegal migration and the unprecedented mass movement of people across the globe is placing unsustainable pressures on America, the UK, and Europe.
"We must come together and ask whether the international conventions and legal frameworks designed fifty-plus years ago are fit for purpose in an age of jet travel and smartphones.
"I'm going to Washington to discuss this crisis with our American counterparts. If we fail to meet these challenges, then our political institutions risk losing their democratic legitimacy.”

Alongside discussing small boats the Home Secretary will visit the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to see how the organisation is battling sick paedophiles and child abuse online.
She'll also be briefed on the deadly fentanyl epidemic blighting the US.
