An ambulance rushing a patient to hospital skidded of a wet road and flung into the air before crashing into a toll booth in Karnataka, India, killing the driver and three others.
In shocking CCTV footage shared on Twitter, the vehicle is seen attempting to slow down at the barrier, only to end up colliding with the booth.
Employees of the toll booth are seen racing against time to remove barricades as the ambulance approaches at high speed, presumably after hearing sirens blare in the distance.

Just days ago, at least 12 people were killed when a passenger bus travelling to the Indian state of Maharashtra plummeted 100ft into a river after skidding off a wet road and crashing through a bridge barrier.
The bus fell off a National Highway into the waters of the fifth largest river in India near Dhar in the central state of Madhya Pradesh, breaking into several parts on impact.
Footage from the scene showed authorities using cranes to fish out the vehicle, while Disaster Management personnel rushed to the spot as locals used boats to try and rescue survivors.
